Our Main Speaker:

Sandy Lanier currently serves as an Emergency Management Specialist for the Orange County Office of Emergency Management. In this role, she is responsible for coordinating disaster response operations and developing comprehensive emergency plans in collaboration with federal, state, local, and municipal partners. Her work focuses on hazard identification and risk mitigation to enhance the county’s overall preparedness and resilience.
Ms. Lanier has over two decades of experience in emergency management and public service. She joined Orange County in 2020 following a 15-year tenure at the Florida Division of Emergency Management, Executive Office of the Governor, where she managed Individual Assistance and the Disaster Temporary Housing Program. Her emergency management career began in 2004, supporting Florida’s response to hurricanes Charley, Frances, and Jeanne, and has since included involvement in response and recovery efforts for more than 24 federally declared disasters, including EMAC deployments and major events such as Hurricane Michael.
A retired non commissioned officer of the United States Army, Ms. Lanier served 20 years with distinction. She holds a Bachelor of Arts in Business Administration with a specialization in Accounting from Saint Leo University and a Master of Business Administration from the University of Phoenix. She earned her FEMA Advanced Professional Series (APS) Certification in 2025.

Remediation Specialists - Nick Levy

 

Nick Levy is the Operations Director for the Water Damage Restoration/Mold Remediation division of Remediation Specialists.

He has been in the Disaster Restoration Field for over 20 years. He is a IICRC Certified Master Textile Cleaner, Fire and Smoke Restorer and Water Restorer. Nick has worked extensively with over 40 hospitals helping them to return their high profile facilities to a pre-loss condition after suffering disasters, both man made and natural.



Belfor - Tina Pun


Tina Pun is a Virginia native, she enlisted in the Army at the young age of 17. She spent 8 years as a Combat medic, EMT and spent many years working the Alzheimer's unit at an assisted living facility. Tina moved to Orlando Florida 26 years ago. With over 28 years of sales and business development experience mainly in the construction industry, she continues her servant leadership by helping clients restore their properties and resume their operations after disasters strike. Tina is ASHE ICRA 2,0 trained and certified by IICRC in WRT/ASD. A mom of 4 and grandmother to two, she is dedicated to teaching and helping others find comfort in Chaos.
